Our guests who were reported to participate in our meeting upon my vis- â –vis visits and genuine efforts will Exchange opinions with memebers of SADER regarding the "National Medical devices Agency" envisaged to be established under the Program of Transformation in Health and this program, and will heed the problems the sector and we suffer from.

The 11th General Assembly Meeting will be a “ FIRST “ for all of us in that the that the largest participation was achieved from the beginning of establishment of our association and very importatnt persons hosted.

I believe that, in the ongoing process of harmonization to and membership of the EU, we should attach greater importance to ourselves than both our government and the EU Commission do to non-governmental organizations. Accordingly, we should absolutely get together in our 11th General Assembly Meeting to begin at 8.30 a. m. in Cankaya Hall of Hilton Hotel, Ankara on February 27, 2004 with breakfast.

2. Election of President and members of the Council for Establihshing the Council through open balloting,
3. Minute silence and National Anthem,
4. Administrative Board gives information on activities performed in year 2003,
5. Reading and Discussing Income & Expense table and the balance sheet,
6. Reading the report of Administrative Board and Supervisory Board for year 2003,
7. Making a resolution for submission of Administrative Board and Supervisory Board separately,
8. Election of principal and  associate members of Branch Administrative Board, Supervisory Board and Discipline Committee,
9. Discussing annual dues and dues for introduction for 2004 and adoption of budget of the association,
10. Amendment of the Constituon,
11. Wishes and requests,
12. Closing
